Justin practices span multiple legal disciplines including copyright, trademark, contract, business, and immigration matters for celebrities, entertainers, athletes, esports players and coaches, fashion designers and stylists, and content creators, streamers, and social media influencers as well as talent agents and managers serving all these entertainment and media spaces. He assists in dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation) and civil litigation matters including copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation and breach of contract claims as well as handles U.S.P.T.O Office Action letters and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (T.T.A.B.) proceedings.
He has previously and continues to act as an Adjunct Professor at various institutions including UNCW, Post University (CT), Harrisburg University, Caldwell University, Champlain College, Fisher College, and CUNY Hunter College. In addition, he authored the first esports business law textbook, “The Essential Guide to the Business & Law of Esports & Professional Video Gaming” and co-authored the “Esports Law” chapter in the “Esports Business Management” text.
