March 18, 2025 – New York, NY – On March 18, 2025, Justin M. Jacobson hosted a CLE lecture entitled “Legal Essentials for Entertainers and Influencers” presented by TRTCLE. The lecture explored some crucial legal matters related to entertainers and influencers, including social media streamers and content creators. The CLE presentation discussed copyright law and Generative AI (GenAI), Name, image, and likeness (NIL) and right of publicity matters, and “Deep Fakes” as well as business formation benefits and requirements, including the Corporate Transparency Act and social media and live streaming disclosures.
