Jacobson, Esq. as part of their article entitled “Could Esports Learn From the Music Industry’s Licensing Scheme?”  In particular, Mr. Jacobson commented on the pending lawsuit filed by popular Call of Duty gamer “Seth “Scump” Abner and OpTic Gaming founder Hector “H3CZ” Rodriguez against Activision-Blizzard as it relates to the Call of Duty esports league including speaking on the existing compulsory music licensing scheme that exists in music and how it might be beneficial to the esports world.
